Finance Manager

Location: Winchester                                      Salary: pro rata £35,000, 3 days per week  

  T he Public Service Br oadcasting Trust is recruiting a Finance Manager to support the growth of the Fixers project.Fixers is a UK-wide campaign supporting young people to take  action on issues they feel strongly about – changing things for the better. Fixers is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

We have a fantastic part time opportunity for an eager and hungry qualified or part qualified Finance Manager to work for an exciting, professional and growing organisation in Winchester, the Public Service Broadcasting Trust.

As finance manager you will be responsible for producing management accounts timely and accurately according to reporting deadlines, preparing forecast and budget information and management information for the board, income and expenditure and balance sheet reconciliations, credit control, VAT Returns, liaising with suppliers and clients, continuously measuring and evaluating systems and processes in order to achieve optimum efficiency, month end reconciliations, internal cost analysis, bank reconciliations, maintenance of fixed asset registers/depreciation and year end.

HR Officer 

Location: Winchester                  Salary: p ro rata £20,000 to 25,000, 2 days per week 

The Public Service Broadcasting Trust is recruiting an HR Officer to support the growth of the Fixers project. Fixers is a UK-wide campaign supporting young people to take action on issues they feel strongly about – changing things for the better. Fixers is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

This is a fantastic part time opportunity for a HR Officer to join the Public Service Broadcasting Trust who is looking for development and exposure to a wide variety of HR challenges. Working closely with the CEO, you will:

·         Take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, from selection to induction

·         Work in partnership with the managers on performance management issues

·         Co-ordinating and managing all training, working with managers to identify needs in their teams

·         Producing HR reports to the Board

·         Providing first line advice and guidance on all HR issues.

Ideally, you should be a CIPD studier or qualified.
