Our mission is to engage everyone - the majority, in activities which not only benefit the individuals who participate directly but also the wider community. We show the value of what they have achieved in a range of media which is meaningful to them. We work with ordinary people, doing ordinary things but achieving extraordinary results. We promote positive images of people working together for the benefit of everyone. Our work is viewed as innovative in a recent evaluation study, "the strength of the project, as identified by all parties, is the combination of high quality youth engagement with high quality programming."

    Our flexible people first model of engagement takes people from all backgrounds and with a wide range of differing needs on journeys which build their confidence; there is no selection process to take part, so there is no labelling of people according to need.
